We want you to love what you purchase from Native By Nature. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the original packaging and in new condition (tags attached). All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
To initiate a return:
Pack the return items in the original packaging and include a copy of your order receipt.
Pay for return shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Once we receive your returned item in sellable condition, we will process your refund minus the 30% restocking fee within 7-10 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to deny returns on items that are damaged, incomplete, washed or otherwise not new and unused.
